WHAT YOU WILL LEARN ATTENDING THIS GROUP:
This course is presented as a short-taste of a deeper work on breath, which is usually done as a three weeks long training in Meditation Institutes, with Residential courses in Italy and all over the World (from China to Mexico, from Brazil to Russia).
This group can’t be as exhaustive, but it’s a beautiful way to begin to discover a new world in yourself, with a new knowledge.
This course is a precious summary, in just a little time you can begin to transform yourself by working on your breath system and understand how you can open more and more, discovering new things.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
-To have greater confidence in the automatic mechanisms of breathing
-Techniques to allow the intensity of breath, which will guide you to greater emotional freedom
-The effects of your breathing in your body-system, in moments of deep relaxation and of high charge in action
-To dissolve states of agitation through breath
-To get out of the shifting sands of melancholy through breath.
This energetic work will bring you a great revitalization, but at the same time a new softness, a capacity to approach yourself with a deeper capacity of introspection.
These new subtle understandings will persist over time after the end of the course and can’t be forgotten by the wisdom of the body.
PROGRAM in 5 Modules of 3 hours each:
1 * module “Energy’s breath and awareness through eyes and visual field”
2 * module “Breath and verbal expression’s channel”
3 * module “Breath, a third way between recoil and advance: let the heart beat in the middle”
4 * module “Breath: will and spontaneity, two aspects of the breath diaphragmatic”
5 * module “Breathing in the belly: a sense of visceral confidence and pleasure”
THE GENERAL CONTENT of “FREE YOUR BREATH”:
During the three hours of the course, we will focus on favoring the breath’s depth and softness, and on the feeling of coherence between Breath, Body and Moods. At each meeting, we will propose some specific exercises to activate particular areas of the body (face/eyes, throat, hearth, diaphragm) that have the greatest inference in enhancing or weakening the breath. Guided into a unique path, with a strong sense of continuity. These Bodywork techniques come from the Pulsation method developed by Aneesha Dillon(www.oshopulsation.com), the Osho Active Meditations (www.osho.com), and the Meditations on the Devapath’s Diamond Breath Therapy (from his book: The power of Breath). We will also experience other activities like the Trans-Bio-Energetic activities, involving mind, body, game, imagination and emotions. You can register for the first meeting and then decide to continue, but when course has already started it’s not possible to join.
Premdasi is one of the founder of NuovaLuce Meditation Center in Novara (Italy) and has coordinated it in the last 6 years.
Fascinated by the transforming power of breathing and the experiences connected with the spirituality of Meditation, she obtained a three-year diploma at the International Diamond Breath School in Osho Miasto Institute in 2012 and became a recognized facilitator in the network (http://www.diamondbreath.de/diamond-breath-network). To fully understand the relationship between the Body and the Breath, in 2015 she deepens its study by attending the two-years OshoPulsation Italy course with Aneesha Dillon (http://oshopulsation.com).
Premdasi also attended from 2010to 2015 the Bert Hellinger’s Course in Bad Reichen Hall. In her Novara Meditation Center, she facilitated Osho Active Meditations on a weekly basis for several years. She recently held 4 monthly cycles of Breath work’s classes and a 8 month Training of Family Constellation . Some of her Constellation’s students have just begun to work on field.
PRE-REQUIREMENTS FOR ATTENDING “Free your Breath” :
It’s necessary to be in good general health, preferable to have attended some Active Meditation session at the center. Recommended comfortable clothing, without stringent elastic, socks. No belts, rings, earrings, metallic jewelry. The course is suitable for all healthy adults.
